Hospitality Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead our team of front-of-house associates, who will be providing world-class hospitality.
Develop a team of front-of-house staff that anticipate guests needs.
Promote teamwork and a positive work environment
Clearly communicate expectations and goals with team members
Serve as Manager on Duty and assist as needed
Responsible for planning and scheduling of front of house staff
Lead, train, and monitor sales performance of staff
Supervise the cleaning and maintenance of the restaurant
Ensure all staff are professionally trained and have the tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their job functions safely
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 4+ years hospitality experience and 2+ years managerial experience
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to promote teamwork and positive attitude
Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Strong desire to provide world-class service to all guests

Beverage Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead our team of bartenders and barbacks to focus on customer service
Develop a team of front-of-house staff that anticipate guests needs.

Responsible for planning and scheduling all bar associates
Lead, train, and monitor sales performance of associates
Work with suppliers to develop new product offerings
Responsible for purchases of all alcohol for Hill and Vine and Sunday Supply
Regularly provide inventory reports
Ensure all staff are professionally trained and have the tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their job functions safely
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 4+ years hospitality experience and 2+ years managerial experience

Dishwasher
We are looking for Full-Time and Part-Time Dishwashers to join our team. We have morning and night shifts available.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensures that all of the dishes are properly washed, sanitized, and ready to be stocked on the line.
Maintains the cleanliness of the kitchen floor and the removal of trash from the kitchen and restrooms.
Completes any beginning or closing shift duties as directed by management.
Assists the team during shifts with the collection of any dirtied items.
Check all items for cleanliness.
Store cleaned, dried items and equipment in proper places.
Maintain all cleaning/washing equipment at the proper temperature and in proper
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be able to transport objects up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods of time, and work at a quick pace.
Must have full-time availability and be able to work weekends and holidays

Line Cook

We are looking for Full-Time and Part-Time cooks of all experience ranges and will pay competitively for those with quality experience. We currently have both AM and PM shifts available.

Sous Chef
Hill and Vine has a management team opening for a Sous Chef. We are not corporate but will expect structure and professionalism. We are built on the foundation of our love of quality and classic Texas Food. Driven by a sense of great hospitality, carefully curated ingredients, and diverse Texas-oriented cuisine, we are looking for a Chef that can fit within and help grow our brand.
The Sous Chef will assist the Chef de Cuisine in overseeing kitchen operations, and in maintaining the highest quality standards of food and service. They will help to ensure maximum guest satisfaction, through planning, organizing, directing, and helping to lead the Kitchen operation. We are looking for a creative individual with a true passion for cooking who should be personable and friendly, with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Proven experience as a Sous Chef
Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
Fluent with any station of the kitchen
Excellent record of kitchen and staff management
Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutions
Familiar with industry’s best practices

Culinary Experience: 4 years (Preferred)
Management: 1 year (Preferred)
Scratch Kitchen experience a plus
